If you would like to take advantage of care services to watch over your health in the comfort of your apartment, intermediate care teams will provide you with the necessary health services to preserve your autonomy and well-being.
The intermediate care package includes
- At least one hour and a half of care per day
- Three meals and two snacks per day
- Housekeeping, laundry, personal laundry and bedding (once a week)
- Incontinence briefs
Other services are possible, including
- Rehabilitation services upon request
Care packages in line with a customized care plan
